Diploma "Telegraph marathon of R-CW-C 2017"

The diploma is founded by the Russian telegraph club (R-CW-C) with joint participation of clubs DRC (Lazarevskoye), CQCW (Anapa), Sporadic (Kursk) and club "CBG" - "A bear glade" (Liski). The diploma is issued for radio communications with the amateur radio stations using call signs of temporary use, received by them for participation in a marathon.

Time of performance of conditions of the diploma:

- beginning: On July 22, 2017 (00:00 MOSCOW TIME);

- ending: On August 6, 2017 (23:59 MOSCOW TIME)

MODE: CW

Bands: 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 m.

During the specified period of time for amateur bands 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 meters by telegraph, will work radio stations with call signs of temporary use (further special event stations):

Radio communications with each of Union of Right Forces are set off on different ranges, and on each of them once.

Diplomas free are also issued to all radio fans of the world in electronic form who have satisfied his conditions.

General part:

For the organization of work of Special event stations within the Telegraph marathon and the automated downloading of the executed diplomas on the website RCWC.RU the RCWC Log service is created.

Operators of Special event stations upon termination of each session on air carry out filling of the logs in base of service. Repeated radio communications: (Worked coincidence + Call + Band) are traced when filling and automatically are removed the ROBOT, leaving in base the first by date and time communication.

In RCWC Log UTC time is used.

The logs are available to viewing to all radio fans as registered on the website, and to guests of club.

At each new filling of any log in base (at each change of base) standings which task distribution of places among participants of a marathon at the moment time are automatically generated.

The principle of distribution of places in standings "A Telegraph marathon of R-CW-C – 2017":

1 Call signs of the participants of a marathon having in the asset not less than 20 radio communications with any Special event stations  from the list given above are entered in the table;

2 The applicant having bigger quantity of the reckoned radio communications (glasses) has advantage (higher place);

3 At equal quantity of the reckoned radio communications (glasses) the applicant having bigger quantity in the asset worked by Special event stations has advantage;

4 At equal quantity of the reckoned radio communications (glasses) and equal quantity worked by Special event stations the applicant who has carried out the radio communications on the bigger number of ranges has advantage.

5 At equality of all conditions listed in item 4 (equality of QSO, Special event stations and Bands) the applicant who has shown the result earlier of time (time of the last reckoned QSO) has advantage.

During all marathon urgent at the moment standings are available to time to viewing on the RCWC Log service.Upon termination of a marathon and the last filling of the ravine in base standings are fixed and winners and the final number of owners of diplomas "A Telegraph marathon of R-CW-C – 2017" are defined.

The diploma 2 degrees is issued for carrying out not less than 20 radio communications with any on any 5 from 8 – ми radio amateur bands (10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 meters), at the same time one radio communication with R17CWC is necessary for Special event stations from the list given above at least. Numbering of diplomas - according to the taken place in standings after her fixing upon termination of a marathon.

Diploma 1 degrees:

The diploma of 1 degree is issued for carrying out not less than 20 radio communications with any Special event stations on any 6 from 8 radio amateur bands (10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80 meters), at the same time one radio communication with R17CWC is necessary for Union of Right Forces from the list given above at least. Numbering of diplomas - according to the taken place in standings after her fixing upon termination of a marathon.
